What happens to your subscription and your work.
Your subscription
Your 14-day trial needs no card and ends without an automatic charge. Paid billing starts when you complete Stripe Checkout; unused trial days don’t carry over. The trial includes 1 GB of storage; paid plans include 50 GB after payment is confirmed.
The workspace owner can cancel through Manage billing in Billing. Paid access continues until its effective end date, shown in Billing. Scheduling a cancellation doesn’t start the retention window or delete your account.
Cancellation does not automatically refund your current paid period. Our refund policy covers billing errors, service problems and legally required refunds. We do not offer an additional money-back guarantee.
Founding Partner pricing
The Founding Partner plan is $29/month per workspace, guaranteed for 24 months from your first paid billing period. Places are limited; availability is confirmed during workspace setup. Creating an account alone doesn’t reserve a place or change an existing workspace’s plan.
There is no two-year contract. Your subscription stays monthly, and the guarantee ending does not automatically increase your price.
Storage packs
The workspace owner can buy +50 GB for $5/month per pack in Billing with an active paid plan that isn’t scheduled to end. Purchases are manual; MadeFinal never adds packs automatically as usage grows.
Each purchase renews monthly on its own billing date, separately from your workspace plan. The founding price guarantee covers the workspace plan, not storage packs. Reducing or canceling packs keeps paid capacity until the paid-through date shown in Billing.
Canceling your workspace subscription queues cancellation of storage renewals. A pending request isn’t confirmed until Stripe accepts it; renewal charges remain scheduled until then. Billing shows whether cancellation is pending or confirmed.
If a storage reduction leaves you over capacity, existing files stay available and new uploads pause. Buy more storage or permanently delete unneeded projects to make room. Archiving doesn’t free storage.
After access ends
Your workspace enters a recovery window when trial or paid access actually ends, including any payment grace period. Billing shows your recovery deadline once it’s confirmed.

During this window, new work is paused. Existing history and downloads remain available according to each person’s access, and the owner can export the workspace. Existing review links may still accept responses until they expire or are revoked.
Restore your subscription while the workspace remains available to resume work. Reactivating doesn’t renew expired or revoked review links. After the recovery window, workspace data is scheduled for permanent removal. We notify the owner before removal; don’t rely on access beyond the deadline.
Export or delete your work
Owners can export the full workspace from Billing, including during the recovery window, or export an individual project from its menu. Project exports include original files, versions, participants, feedback, decisions, and approval records.
To permanently delete a project, archive it first and confirm its exact title. Archiving is reversible and doesn’t free storage. Permanent deletion closes project access in MadeFinal immediately; file removal follows separately and may retry if needed.
Deleting a project doesn’t cancel your subscription or delete your client or user account. For a full workspace or account deletion request, contact company@zsumz.com. Keep your own copy of anything you need before deletion.
Live data and backups
The 30/90-day windows describe workspace availability, not a backup erasure deadline. Removing live data doesn’t immediately erase every backup copy. Downloaded exports remain outside MadeFinal’s control.
Hosted backup retention and recovery are still being finalized. We don’t yet offer a guaranteed backup erasure deadline. Contact us before using MadeFinal if you need one.
