About these terms

MadeFinal is owned and operated by zsumz LLC. These terms are a draft of the agreement between zsumz LLC and the person or organization using MadeFinal. They are not yet published as the service’s effective terms.

If you use MadeFinal for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. You must also have legal capacity to enter this agreement. Contact company@zsumz.com about these terms.

Using MadeFinal

MadeFinal provides workspaces for sharing files, collecting version-specific feedback, and recording approval decisions. The service is intended for professional and business use. Keep your account information accurate and protect your credentials, invitations, and review links. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Workspace users manage reviews and decide who may participate. A valid personal review link can grant access to anyone who holds it. Client portal access uses email verification. Share links only with intended recipients and revoke access when needed. We cannot revoke copies someone has already downloaded.

Your content and approval decisions

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You give zsumz LLC permission to host, copy, process, display and transmit that content as needed to operate MadeFinal, including generating previews, sharing with authorized participants, creating exports, and carrying out retention and deletion. This permission does not transfer ownership.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload content and provide other people’s information. Reviewers are responsible for the feedback and decisions they submit. Review the correct file and version before approving it.

Approval records document activity recorded by MadeFinal. They do not guarantee that a file is correct, suitable for production, or approved by someone with the necessary authority. A review-link approval is not independent verification of the link holder’s identity. We do not promise that a record meets every legal signature or evidentiary requirement.

Acceptable use

Do not use MadeFinal to violate the law or another person’s rights, distribute malware, send unsolicited or abusive communications, impersonate someone, gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the service. Do not bypass access controls, billing restrictions, or usage limits. Report suspected misuse to company@zsumz.com.

Current uploads support PDF, PNG and JPEG files up to 25 MiB each, with PDFs limited to 50 pages. Each review version supports up to 10 participants in total. Paid plans include up to 5 internal users; external reviewers do not use those seats.

Trials, subscriptions and payment

The 14-day trial includes 1 GB of storage, requires no card, and ends without an automatic charge. Paid billing starts when you complete Stripe Checkout. Unused trial days do not carry over.

The Standard plan is USD $45/month per workspace. The Founding Partner plan is USD $29/month when available, with that price guaranteed for 24 months from your first paid billing period. Availability is confirmed during workspace setup; creating an account alone does not reserve a place. Both paid plans include 50 GB after payment is confirmed.

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. The founding guarantee is not a two-year contract, and its expiry does not automatically increase the price. Optional storage packs add 50 GB for USD $5/month per pack; they renew separately and are not covered by the founding price guarantee. MadeFinal does not add storage packs automatically.

Review the amount and billing terms shown at Checkout before paying. See Data and billing for storage, renewal and access details. Changes to future prices will be communicated before they take effect and will respect an active founding price guarantee.

Cancellation and refunds

The workspace owner can cancel through Manage billing in the app. Paid access continues until the effective end date shown in Billing. Canceling the workspace queues cancellation of storage-pack renewals; Billing shows whether each cancellation is pending or confirmed.

Payments are generally non-refundable, including for unused time or storage, except where the law requires otherwise. We correct billing errors and review requests involving a service problem individually. Contact company@zsumz.com with the charge and issue so we can investigate.

The free trial does not waive any statutory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights. We do not offer an additional money-back guarantee.

Availability and service changes

MadeFinal is in early access. Features may change, and maintenance, errors or provider outages can interrupt access. We do not offer a guaranteed uptime or recovery time. Keep independent copies of work you need and confirm that the service suits your workflow before relying on it.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension, closure and your data

We may restrict or suspend access to address a material breach of these terms, abuse, a security threat, unpaid charges, or a legal requirement. Where practical and permitted, we will explain the reason and allow an opportunity to resolve it. Urgent security or legal issues may require immediate action.

When trial or paid access ends, workspace recovery and export follow the periods described in Data and billing. Permanent deletion is not reversible. Canceling a subscription, deleting a project and deleting an account are separate actions. Contact support for full workspace or account deletion requests.

Our Privacy policy describes the information we handle. Production providers, processing locations and some retention arrangements are marked TBD — WILL UPDATE in this draft.

Minnesota law and your rights

These terms are governed by Minnesota law, USA, except where applicable law requires otherwise. MadeFinal may be used by customers outside the United States. This choice of law does not remove mandatory protections or remedies available to you under the law that applies to you.

Contact company@zsumz.com if a dispute arises so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration or waive access to a court or public authority. Nothing in them limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Updates to these terms

We will show the revised date when these terms change and provide notice of material changes before they apply. Any consent or notice required by applicable law will still be required. Questions can be sent to company@zsumz.com.
